Downloading Files

Here are step by step instructions that will get you up and running in no time.
  • 1) Install the program!

    DAPro is compatible with Windows 2000, XP, Vista and Windows 7. First, you 'll need to download the installation file from the website. Your download is available from your initial invoice. If you did not download from your invoice, you'll need to contact support and we'll email you a link to your download. The installation file is a zip file that should be downloaded and saved to your computer and then un-zipped (extract all files) before installation.   • 2) Entering/Importing Contacts

    If you are currently using our DAWIN system, you can import all contact, sales, appointment and inventory data Contacts can also be imported from Mary Kay's In Touch website or from any CSV (Excel) file. Of course, contacts can also be added manually.

  • 3) Setting Up Your Business

    DAPro can be setup to run more than 1 business at the same time. Each business is a completely separate set of accounts along with an optional inventory. Contact information is shared between businesses to avoid having to duplicate information. If you're running a Mary Kay business, your system has already been configured for your Mary Kay business.
